Father, Fiancée Arrested In Connection To Death Of Long Island 8-Year-Old

Police have arrested the father and his fiancée in connection with the death of an 8-year-old Long Island boy.

Thomas Valva was found dead in the driveway of his home at 11 Bittersweet Lane, in Center Moriches, around 9:40 a.m., Friday, Jan. 17. 

The boy's father, Michael Valva, said the child had fallen in the driveway.

Early Friday, Jan. 24, Suffolk County Police arrested the Valva, 40, and his fiancée Angela Pollina, 42, at the home and charged both with murder, police said.
